    Abstract:
    В современных условиях образовательный процесс в вузе предполагает высокий уровень психологической нагрузки и сопровождается различными стрессовыми ситуациями, что может негативно отражаться на мотивации учебной деятельности и создавать риск для психического здоровья студентов. В статье рассматриваются результаты эмпирического изучения стрессовых состояний студентов разных курсов. Установлено, что для студентов младших курсов более характерны состояние тревоги и снижения эмоционального контроля, старшекурсники отличаются большим эмоциональным истощением в стрессовой ситуации.

    The article discusses the features of the occurrence and development of adverse mental states of students during the examination session. The main types of negative emotional states that occur with students throughout educational activities are considered. The reasons for the occurrence of adverse mental states during the examination session are given, and options for overcoming negative emotional manifestations of students are proposed.
