    Abstract:
    Ensuring environmental safety is a priority task for all countries. Sustainable development of the state, high quality of life and health of its population can be ensured provided that high quality of the environment is maintained. In Russia, the scale of pollution by production and consumption waste has reached a critical level, posing a serious threat to national environmental security. Large industrial regions of the country face the most serious environmental problems. The purpose of the study is to study regional problems of ensuring environmental safety. The article uses such research methods as analysis of theoretical sources, study of official statistics, comparative analysis. The indicators characterizing the state of the environment of the Sverdlovsk region for 2021-2023 were analyzed. It was concluded that according to the National Environmental Rating in 2023 (autumn rating), the region was in last place.

    В статье представлен анализ опыта применения электронно-дистанционного обучения в процессе преподавания психолого-педагогических дисциплин в качестве доминирующего формата. Авторы рассмотрели различные виды как традиционных (дидактических, аксиологических, диспозиционных), так и новых (технических, коммуникативно-технологических, манипулятивных) рисков с учетом специфики дистанционного обучения в период пандемии. Приведены факты, раскрывающие вызовы и ресурсы электронного обучения при сравнении его с традиционным вариантом.

    Abstract:
    The article presents an analysis of the experience of the use of e-distance learning in the process of teaching psychological and educational disciplines as the dominant format. The authors considered different types of both traditional (didactic, axiological, dispositional) and new (technical, communicative-technological, manipulative) risks, taking into account the specifics of distance learning during the pandemic. The facts that reveal the challenges and resources of e-learning when comparing it with the traditional version are given.
