    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрена одна из основных проблем преодоления безработицы – создание социально-психологических условий повышения личностной эффективности участников данных программ. Самоэффективность выступает как психологическая детерминанта, позволяющая человеку поверить в свои силы, адекватно оценивать свои возможности и активно выстраивать стратегии поведения. Программы переподготовки безработных содержат теоретический и практический материал, направленный на получение обучающимися новых профессиональных компетенций. Однако социально-психологическое сопровождение реализуется как отдельное направление работы. Разработка контента, поиск эффективных методов развития самоэффективности может существенно повысить эффективность программ, естественно, в случае отсутствия негативных, фатальных изменений рынка труда.

    The article describes various approaches to the definition of family crises and the levels of manifestation of these crises, as well as socio-psychological characteristics of the experience of family crisis by spouses. As a description of the family crisis, we present the results of a study of factors that affect the manifestation of marriage satisfaction and conflict in young families and the psychosocial work with the family in a crisis situation that corresponds to the data obtained.

    Аnnotation: this article discusses the practice of social work with the family of social service institutions and public, charitable organizations using CASE-technologies. The technological stages of social work with the family situation are highlighted. The features of the CASE-technology aimed at studying family history are considered. The experience of providing assistance using CASE-technology to children and families in a socially dangerous situation is shown. The knowledge and skills and functions of the CASE manager are defined.
