    Modern problems of socio-economic development of Russian regions are caused by various factors of inequality, which not only does not decrease, but acquires a new content and scale in the heyday of technology. In this context, the problems of social independence of people with health deficits become even more significant, exacerbating territorial and other forms of regional inequality, which requires special mechanisms to overcome them. Inclusive design as a new resource for overcoming regional inequality is just beginning its institutional movement, but it is already obvious today that the number of initiatives developing rapidly reflects the need to explore the prospects and risks of their scaling.

    Цель статьи – обоснование необходимых условий для успешной интегрированы вузов присоединенных территорий в российскую систему образования. В работе использованы данные по итогам работы учебных заведений Донецкой Народной Республики, Луганской Народной Республики, Запорожской и Херсонской областей в 2022–2023 годах. Обоснованы проблемы, связанные с восстановлением учебных заведений на разрушенных территориях. Предложены основные направления помощи новым регионам в образовательном процессе, соответствующему российскому законодательству.

    Abstract:
    The problem of ensuring the availability and quality of transport services for the population through the implementation of federal laws and state programs for the socio-economic development of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District is being actualized. Based on the analysis of statistical reporting and the results of the implementation of state programs for the development of transport infrastructure in the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District from the standpoint of the presence in them of goals, objectives, subprograms or activities related to solving the problem of increasing transport accessibility for the population, an assessment of the transport accessibility of regions is given and directions are proposed more active use of the transport infrastructure of the Far Eastern Federal District.
