    Abstract:
    The regional real estate market has a significant multiplier effect, influencing not only the potential and dynamics of the socio-economic system of the region, but also the national economy as a whole. This makes it an effective regulatory tool at various levels of the functioning of the economy. Therefore, the study of the current state and promising trends in the development of the regional real estate market is becoming highly relevant. It allows us to consider the internal patterns of its development, determine its place in the broader structure of the regional economy, understand the mutual influence between them and identify effective regulatory tools, which helps to determine strategic priorities for the development of the regional real estate market.

    Abstract:
    Land administration seeks to obtain optimal social, economic and environmental benefits while promoting the principles of sustainable development. An important element of this process is the understanding of the macroeconomic situation for making adequate management decisions at various levels: local, re-gional, national and global. This information is provided by land administration systems ((LAS), the core of which is a multipurpose cadastral system integrated with other spatial information systems and public registries. In this article, the au-thors present the structure of land administration built in modern Europe and also show the specifics of the design of systems in relation to socio-economic conditions. The publication presents a vision of the role of the cadastre in the global system of accounting and land administration, with cadastral accounting considered as the main infrastructure for ensuring the economic, social and environmental benefits of all users, including individuals, business and the state.

    Abstract:
    The features of the real estate market are noted, as well as the stages of its analysis, the last of which is forecasting. The subject of forecasting in the real estate market is described. The article makes a chronological analysis of the used approaches to forecasting in Russian practice in conditions of economic transformation and new risks in real estate market at the turn of the 20th – 21st centuries. The main problems of forecasting the real estate market in Russia are formulated, as well as ways to solve them.
