    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problems of youth innovation management in the Republic of Adygea. We focus on the main difficulties faced by young professionals and students: lack of experience, limited financial resources, lack of an effective mentoring system, and insufficient information support. We are discussing how educational institutions, government agencies and businesses can support the innovative potential of young people. We focus on the interaction of university research and student startups, as well as establishing links between universities, companies and investors. The article suggests measures to improve government support for youth innovation.

    Innovative intelligent production is based on constant, organized, continuous interaction of system elements with mandatory organization and design in the field of engineering. The logical form of functioning of the industrial process will be an organization based on the principle of using statistical methods and models for working with digital technologies. Designing a new product and generating the latest technologies is considered as a methodological combination of engineering and analytical creativity in the industry. The models and methods of design updated by forecasting of futures technologies and equipment are considered in the chapter.

Мир стремится принять идею инноваций в качестве важного элемента для использования экономического потенциала стран. Инновации способствовали развитию многих областей в различных практических, научных и жизненных секторах. Всякий раз, когда появлялась новая инновация, она способствовала развитию той области, в которой она использовалась. В статье обосновывается важность государственного регулирования научно-технической и инновационной деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов.
