  • The main conceptual provisions of the formation of sectoral and regional innovative development programs

    Abstract:
    The study highlights the impact of a nation's level of innovation activity on its economic development. An analysis was conducted on innovation indicators from the Global Innovation Index 2025, published by the World Intellectual Property Organization. It is noted that the primary factors determining a country's standing in this index are those that characterize its innovation environment. The research reveals that, currently, an effective management system is absent, and the effect of innovation environment on the innovation-driven and economic development of a given territory is insufficient. The paper presents the results of regression statistics and analysis of variance (ANOVA) applied to data from the innovation activity profiles of several regions within the country. To evaluate the effectiveness of the tools used to shape and manage the innovation environment, an analysis of existing Innovation Development Programs (IDPs) was carried out. Based on this analysis-and drawing upon the study’s proposed conceptualization of the content, structure, and sources of a region’s innovation potential-a set of principles has been formulated to serve as the foundation for developing such IDPs.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается актуальный вопрос интеграции высокотехнологичной образовательной среды в пространство дошкольной организации. Авторы рассматривают феномен детского «Технопарка» не только как материально-техническую базу, но и как инновационную педагогическую модель. В работе анализируются методы адаптации сложного оборудования под возрастные нужды дошкольников, роль педагога в исследовательской деятельности и влияние STEM-технологий на формирование гибких навыков. Особое внимание уделено синтезу игровой и проектной деятельности как фундаменту для развития инженерного мышления.
