- Abstract:
- This article discusses the current problems of state control in modern conditions. The effectiveness of existing control mechanisms is analyzed, duplication of functions, insufficient interaction between regulatory authorities and inconsistencies of the legislative framework with modern challenges are identified. Special attention is paid to the optimization of control activities, increasing their transparency and efficiency, as well as improving legal regulation. In this connection, the relevance of this work is justified, possible solutions to the identified problems and directions for further research are proposed, which will be important both for state control bodies and for citizens themselves to improve legal culture.
