    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the specifics of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the judicial system of the Russian Federation in the context of building an artificial intelligence economy. It is argued that the economy of artificial intelligence represents an emerging sphere of social relations in which AI acts simultaneously as a technology, a new factor of production, and a catalyst for the structural transformation of economic and institutional systems. The main directions for the implementation of AI technologies in the civilizational process have been examined and systematized. It has been concluded that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation is a complex, multi-stage, and internally contradictory process: on the one hand, it opens up significant opportunities to improve the efficiency of justice; on the other hand, it is associated with serious legal and ethical risks.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the integration of science and practice as a key factor in ensuring sustainable development under the transformation of socio-economic systems. Special attention is paid to the role of information technologies (IT) as an infrastructure bridge between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications. The author analyzes structural shifts in labor markets, digital management models, and the emergence of hybrid institutional forms. The conclusion substantiates the need for systemic mechanisms for transferring scientific results into practical solutions, with IT acting as an accelerator of this process. Originality of the proposed approach lies in combining institutional theory and digital transformation models

    Abstract:
    Предпринимательство является одним из важных факторов развития экономики любого государства. Формирование различных форм собственности и поддержка на государственном уровне способствует созданию конкурентного рынка, повышает уровень занятого населения, что приводит к увеличению дохода и, соответственно, расширяет спрос, и в конечном итоге увеличивает темпы роста экономики, способствует росту капитальных вложений в экономику. Малое и среднее предпринимательство является более гибким по отношению к внедрениям инноваций в производственный процесс, что способствует более быстрому удовлетворению потребительского спроса. В связи с этим в статье рассматриваются основные направления развития малого и среднего предпринимательства за счёт такого механизма, как свободные экономические зоны. При исследовании были использованы такие методы как функциональный анализ, индуктивный и дедуктивный методы, синтез эмпирических исследований и теоретических взглядов. В результате предложены меры по развитию и совершенствованию малого и среднего предпринимательства в различных сферах экономики за счёт такого системного подхода как свободные экономические зоны.
