    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to the problem of integrating bodily and emotional experience in the practice of providing psychological assistance in a difficult life situation. The relevance of the work is due to the growing psychological burden on the population and the need to restore the integrity of the community. The chapter identifies the mechanisms of integration at various levels of the organization of the psyche and body, describes the dynamics of the process as a rhythmic wave with phases of rapprochement and distance. An integrative methodological approach has been developed to capture the dynamics of integration. The results can be used in the practice of psychological assistance and specialist training.

    Abstract:
    The rapid development of digital technologies certainly contributes to positive changes in any industry, certainly covering the field of education. This transition was called the "digital revolution". This is, first of all, the transition of mass education to high-quality education, which is conditioned by the formulation and solution of new tasks in the educational sphere. The article examines the process of integrating digital technologies into the educational process, the transition to a new stage of the digital age, defines some concepts and forecasts the prospects for the development of media education.
