- The study focuses on the analysis of the application of digital platforms as a tool for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the extreme climatic conditions of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The study analyzes the features of the digital transformation of SMEs in the Arctic territories, identifies the barriers to the implementation of digital solutions, and identifies promising areas for the development of digital business support infrastructure in the context of geographical isolation and harsh climatic conditions. The study also examines the role of specialized platforms in providing entrepreneurs with access to government support measures, financial instruments, and modern technological solutions.

- The social infrastructure in the Arctic is at risk, as it weakly performs its function, particularly, the processes of creating conditions for the reproduction of the human capital are slowing down. This problem is relevant for the territories of all eight Arctic countries, which is confirmed by the results of the studies carried out within the framework of this work. As a result of the study, the main mechanisms for the development of social infrastructure used in the Arctic countries were identified. While preparing the work, the authors used the following research methods: analysis of literature, including regulatory documents, comparison, analogy.
