    Abstract:
    The methodological aspects of professional education, which have significant influence on the personal and professional development of modern future professional, university graduate, are presented. It is proved, that in the conditions of updated social-economic situation the landmarks of professional training of university students change dynamically; the special approaches to the solution of actual social and production demands and the choice of ways of professional development and self-development by students are required. The essence of graduate professionalism as understood by scholars and social practice is specified on the basis of comparison of common terminology of professional knowledge and skills and consideration of additional innovations of conceptual field, in particular hard skills and soft skills. The specificity of students' consideration of social context in master's level education programmes, which allowed them to develop their skills and experience
