The State as an institution for the implementation of the principles of social justice: Russian and German scientific points of view
Book ChapterVectors of socio-economic development in Russia. Modern challenges and opportunities- Author:
- Sergei L. Danilchenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- Economic development inevitably leads to a significant increase in inequality in the distribution of income and national wealth. Worryingly, inequality is growing year after year. Official data on inequality are underestimated, as the share of income hidden from taxation is at least twice as much as that shown in official statistics. The sharp increase in inequality was largely due to the transition to neoliberal policies that encouraged the monopolization of production to the detriment of wage labor positions and, to some extent, the participation of nation States in the global globalization of the economy. High income inequality will slow down any national modernization and generate further stratification of citizens. The proportion of excessive inequality between 10–20 percent of the rich and 80 percent of the poor and poor in the modern world is constantly growing.

- Abstract:
- The work is devoted to the practical implementation of the Pareto principle in the process of language training of students of non-linguistic specialties of the university. Due to the organization of the learning process on the basis of the course, which is based on the 80/20 rule, attention is focused on the direct perception of information, a conscious approach of students to their learning activities, the perception of educational activities as an imitation modeling of a real language environment, readiness for full and productive communication in a foreign language, taking into account its cultural characteristics are formed. Important advantages of the developed course are the focus on the practical use of the language, the acquisition of useful experience of communication with native speakers. The knowledge gained through this method becomes a valuable asset and helps to cope with any communicative tasks in a foreign language. The conducted experimental work has confirmed that students whose learning process was organized on the basis of the Pareto principle achieve significant results in learning a foreign language faster than with traditional teaching methods.

The Quality of Life of the Population as the Main Indicator of the Socio-Economic Process at the Regional Level
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov, Dmitrii V. Tiutin
- Work direction:
- Глава 6
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

Fundamentally Important Ideas of Socio-Integrative Approach in University Education
Research ArticleDevelopment of education Volume 4 No 2- Author:
- Aleksandr T. Mukhametshin
- Work direction:
- Sociology of Education
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.
