    В статье рассматривается деятельность Международной организации труда (МОТ) с момента её основания в 1919 году, её основополагающие принципы и трёхсторонний механизм управления. Особое внимание уделяется участию Китая в работе МОТ: от статуса страны-учредителя до активного возобновления взаимодействия с 1983 года. Анализируются ключевые направления сотрудничества, включая ратификацию конвенций, технические программы и обмен опытом, подчёркивается растущая роль Китая в продвижении глобальных трудовых стандартов, социальной справедливости и достойного труда.
