    Abstract:
    The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.

    Summer teaching practice is an opportunity for students to test their professional expectations and ambitions, to understand their strengths and weaknesses as a future teacher. Teaching practice of students in modern society is incredibly relevant and important for several reasons: Many countries around the world are facing an acute shortage of qualified teachers and educators. Teaching practice provides an opportunity for future specialists to gain practical experience working with children and adolescents, which increases their competitiveness in the labor market and helps to fill the personnel shortage.     The presented article is based on the results of a study of the behavior of leaders of educational organizations and institutions in conflict situations. The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components. The results of in-depth study of the phenomena necessary for psychological and pedagogical practice are characterized: individual strategies of behavior; the role of unconscious patterns of behavior; stable attitudes of behavior; hierarchy of scenarios and styles of behavior of educational leaders in conflict situations.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

    Present article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical practice organisation, which is the essential part of professional preparation of the bachelor of philological education. The problem of pedagogical practice is investigated in the aspect of competence approach. The article determines its aims, content and the main principles of organization. The author clearly highlighted the competencies that are formed thanks to the pedagogical practice, and defined the criteria for assessing the activities of students, which determine the level of competence formation.
