    Abstract: The complex of problems of all types of families is caused by the question of the purpose of the family in the modern world. Having emerged as the main form of life arrangement, the family initially concentrated in itself all the main functions of servicing human activity. Having analyzed the areas of social work in relation to families, it can be concluded that assistance to families is provided systematically and in large volume. Despite all the efforts of state and non-state organizations in helping families, the problems of intra-family relations and in general the preservation of the value of the family remain relevant to this day. Modern mores and worldview of the family significantly modify it, giving it special features as a special social institution.

    Abstract:
    Авторы статьи исследуют содержание, специфику и различные типы проявления патриотизма в жизни общества на материале культового советского фильма режиссера Алексея Германа «Проверка на дорогах» (1971). Авторы приходят к выводу, что подлинным патриотизмом, на основе которого была завоевана победа советским народом над немецкими оккупантами в Великой Отечественной войне, является идея любви к Родине через сопереживание и служение людям. Патриотизм, который носит формальный характер и лишен живых чувств, разрушителен и может привести к неоправданным человеческим жертвам. Отсутствие патриотизма в освободительной войне, также как и патриотизм, проявляемый захватчиком в империалистической войне, пагубны. Они свидетельствуют об искажении нравственного сознания.
