    The article discusses mediation – one of the modern methods of conflict resolution. It is noted that mediation plays an important role in the management process, because if you properly organize meditative assistance in your educational institution then the socio-psychological climate will become favorable. The authors also identified a number of difficulties associated with the implementation of mediation from the point of view of the management process in an educational institution.
