    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается внедрение цифровой аналитики как инструмента управления качеством преподавания английского языка в школах в условиях цифровой трансформации образования. На основе анализа 48 научных работ (2015–2025) с использованием руководства PRISMA-2020 и модели TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) определены ключевые факторы успеха: технологический уровень школы, управленческие ресурсы и цифровые навыки учителей. Выявлен разрыв между доступностью цифровых ресурсов и их практическим внедрением. Представлена модель «Управленческая аналитика и языковая методология». Статья адресована руководителям школ, методистам и учителям английского языка.

    В статье анализируется влияние искусственного интеллекта на качество управленческих решений и организацию операционных процессов компании. Показано, что ИИ меняет подходы к обработке данных, прогнозированию, оценке рисков, клиентскому сервису и координации бизнес-процессов. На основе академических публикаций, материалов OECD и корпоративных кейсов из США, Швеции, Китая и России выделены основные направления управленческого эффекта ИИ: ускорение анализа информации, поддержка принятия решений, сокращение операционных задержек и более рациональное распределение нагрузки внутри компании. Отмечено, что результат внедрения зависит от качества данных, уровня компетенций, организационной готовности и сохранения человеческого контроля.

    В статье рассматривается влияние системы быстрых платежей (СБП) на конкурентную среду российского рынка эквайринга. На основе сравнения тарифов СБП и карточного эквайринга показано, что внедрение СБП снизило расходы предприятий на обработку платежей как при регулярных безналичных расчетах, так и при операциях с высоким средним чеком. Проанализировано массовое распространение СБП в 2023–2025 гг. Выделены ключевые механизмы влияния: появление ценовой альтернативы эквайрингу и усиление переговорной позиции бизнеса. Сделан вывод, что СБП формирует более конкурентную и эффективную платежную среду.

    Abstract:
    This chapter the integration of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector and the educational environment as a key driver of increased innovation activity in the modern economy. It explores the mechanisms, forms, and tools of this interaction, including joint educational programs for the development of a new type of workforce, the creation of R&D centers and technology parks for technology transfer, and the impact of project-based learning on the transformation of companies' business models. The paper analyzes the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of this integration. Special attention is paid to systemic barriers: the gap between theory and practice, bureaucratic obstacles, and differences in corporate culture. In conclusion, the article formulates conclusions about the need to build a unified ecosystem to ensure sustainable economic growth through the commercialization of scientific developments and the development of human capital.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the legal aspects of using content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial activities. Particular attention is paid to issues of authorship and ownership of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects created with the participation of AI systems, as well as to the legal challenges of commercial exploitation of AI-generated content. The study analyzes risks associated with copyright infringement, trademark violations, protection of confidential information, and trade secret regimes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of human creative contribution as the key criterion for copyright protection of AI-assisted works. The paper also explores contractual mechanisms for risk allocation among business participants and addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools by employees and contractors. The authors conclude that effective and legally secure use of AI-generated content requires not only compliance with intellectual property legislation but also the implementation of internal corporate policies aimed at risk management and protection of business interests.

    The chapter examines the legal protection of trademarks in the context of the rapid development of e-commerce and digital business transformation. The study analyzes the legal nature of trademarks as objects of intellectual property and their role in building business reputation and competitive advantages. Particular attention is paid to common forms of trademark infringement in the digital environment, including the sale of counterfeit goods, unauthorized use of trademarks in product listings, online advertising, domain names, and marketplace platforms. The paper explores civil, administrative, and antimonopoly mechanisms for protecting exclusive rights, as well as challenges related to collecting and preserving digital evidence. The legal status and liability of sellers and online marketplaces are examined, along with issues concerning the exhaustion of rights doctrine and parallel imports. The authors conclude that effective trademark protection in e-commerce requires a comprehensive approach combining trademark registration, continuous monitoring of digital platforms, proper evidence collection, and the use of both judicial and extrajudicial enforcement mechanisms.

    В статье исследуются особенности продвижения жилой недвижимости бизнес- и премиум-класса на региональных рынках России на примере хабаровского ЖК ONYX BLACK. Актуальность обусловлена общероссийским трендом роста доли высококомфортного жилья и необходимостью адаптации маркетинговых стратегий к специфике локальных рынков. Автором проанализированы основные вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются девелоперы при digital-продвижении: ограниченность целевой аудитории, длительный цикл сделки и неосязаемость продукта на ранних этапах строительства. На основе анализа предложена комплексная стратегия цифрового продвижения, включающая контент-маркетинг, контекстную и медийную рекламу, коллаборации с лидерами мнений, а также систему KPI для оценки эффективности. Рассмотрены ожидаемые экономические (рост выручки, налогооблагаемой базы, мультипликативный эффект для смежных отраслей) и социальные (формирование сообщества жителей, повышение городской идентичности) результаты реализации проекта. Сделан вывод, что успешное продвижение качественного жилья в регионах способствует решению задач государственной социальной политики по повышению уровня и качества жизни населения.

    В статье рассматривается эволюция теоретических подходов к исследованию социальной ответственности малого бизнеса в связи с изменением социально-экономических условий, роли предпринимательства и общественных ожиданий по отношению к хозяйствующим субъектам. Показано, что движение от узкоэкономического понимания функций бизнеса к многофакторной трактовке его социальной роли сопровождалось переосмыслением статуса малого бизнеса: от периферийного участника рынка к важному агенту территориального развития, занятости, социальной интеграции и формирования доверия в локальных сообществах. Сделан вывод о том, что современные теоретические модели социальной ответственности малого бизнеса носят интегративный характер и требуют учета не только экономических результатов, но и институционального контекста, этических норм, интересов заинтересованных сторон и вклада в устойчивость общества.

It has been established that the key effectiveness factor is the extent of the technology’s integration into the company’s operational activities.

    The study focuses on a new stage in the formation of business conditions. The issues of continuity in public policy and consistency in approaches to improving business conditions and the investment climate were addressed. The prerequisites and foundations of approaches to creating a business environment have been identified. The main characteristics of the implementation of three previous large-scale projects are presented. The format of the national model of target business conditions has been considered. The article focuses on the structure of the national model as a unified whole system and highlights its complex nature. The results of the analysis of problematic issues in the field of labor standards are reflected. The article concludes that it is necessary to study the methodology for forming a national model, interdepartmental relationships, the principles of validity of key performance indicators for implementing a national model, and measures to achieve them.

    The choice of the research topic is due to the steady growth of public interest in mixed martial arts (MMA), the development of the fitness industry, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation. A comprehensive and economically sound business model has been developed for the “Molot MMA” martial arts club in Krasnodar. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of business planning in the field of physical culture and sports, examines approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, and explores their financial, economic, and legal aspects. The regional sports services market was analyzed, the competitive environment, advantages, and potential growth points of the “Molot MMA” club were assessed. A marketing plan was developed, including positioning, pricing, promotion tools, and customer loyalty measures. A financial plan was created, including initial investments, revenue and expense projections, profitability indicators, and the project's payback period. The project's risks were analyzed, and measures were proposed to minimize them.

    This paper examines the role of digital transformation in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Based on the analysis of empirical studies and international statistical data, the study identifies key areas of digital adoption and their implications for business performance. It is shown that digital technologies enhance firms’ adaptability, support process optimization, and expand access to markets. At the same time, the effectiveness of digital transformation depends on the level of digital maturity, availability of skills and resources, and the quality of institutional support. The findings highlight the importance of integrated implementation approaches.

Анализируются ключевые тренды цифровизации, включая внедрение искусственного интеллекта, больших данных, облачных технологий и платформенных решений. Выявляются основные барьеры, с которыми сталкивается российский бизнес при переходе к цифровым моделям управления, такие как дефицит квалифицированных кадров, высокие инвестиционные затраты и регуляторные ограничения. На основе проведённого анализа формулируются практические рекомендации для российских предприятий, стремящихся использовать потенциал цифровой экономики для устойчивого роста и повышения конкурентоспособности как на внутреннем, так и на внешних рынках.
