    В статье рассматривается проблема компетентностно-ориентированного подхода в системе военного образования как организации педагогических условий, направленных на формирование личности курсантов военного вуза. Оценивается влияние этого подхода на развитие ключевых компетенций у курсантов военного вуза, а также его роль в адаптации курсантов к требованиям военно-профессиональной деятельности. Подчеркивается важность интеграции компетентностных стандартов в учебные программы военных вузов для формирования не только военно-профессиональных знаний, но и личностных и междисциплинарных компетенций.
