    Abstract:
    The creation of industrial clusters is becoming an increasingly popular tool of regional policy, and therefore there is a need to assess the impact of clusters on socio-economic development. Purpose of the study: to assess the impact of INNOKAM cluster on the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan. The study reveals that the contribution of industries, in which the cluster "INNOCAM" operates, in the total industrial production of the region has increased to 48.5%, cluster members form more than 25% of manufacturing production, also the cluster plays a significant role in employment, investment activity of the region, but is not propulsive and does not provide outpacing growth of GRP of Tatarstan compared to other regions of Russia.

    Abstract:
    Modern road infrastructure is crucial for the socio-economic development of the region. The article discusses the management system of the region's road infrastructure, the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of its development. It is concluded that the available methodological tools do not fully allow to assess the effectiveness of the development of the road infrastructure of the region and its compliance with the needs of the region, therefore it is necessary to further improve it
