    Abstract:
    The study focuses on the analysis of the application of digital platforms as a tool for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the extreme climatic conditions of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The study analyzes the features of the digital transformation of SMEs in the Arctic territories, identifies the barriers to the implementation of digital solutions, and identifies promising areas for the development of digital business support infrastructure in the context of geographical isolation and harsh climatic conditions. The study also examines the role of specialized platforms in providing entrepreneurs with access to government support measures, financial instruments, and modern technological solutions.
