- In the materials of the section of the monograph, the competitive and innovative concept of the enterprise is formed, according to which it is considered as an independent socio-economic competitive system, which includes four subsystems: creating the competitiveness of the enterprise; ensuring the competitiveness of goods; forming and rational use of competitive advantages, including territorial ones; ensuring high profitability of the enterprise. A system of incentives for the work of employees of the enterprise has been developed based on a competitive and innovative approach in the context of three directions: the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise, increasing the competitiveness of products and enterprises, maximizing the profits of the enterprise. Competitive and innovation-oriented labor incentives solve simultaneously the task of activating innovation activity and increasing the demand for innovations and innovations.
