  • Basic Rights of Parties of Contract for the Carriage of a Passenger by Air

    Abstract:
    В отличие от иных видов транспорта, на воздушном транспорте приоритетные позиции занимают именно пассажирские перевозки. Особое значение в условиях посткоронавирусного восстановления российской экономики имеет увеличение объемов пассажирских воздушных перевозок, а также повышение качества предоставляемых авиакомпаниями услуг. В статье автор исследует основные права и обязанности сторон договора воздушной перевозки пассажиров. Отмечается, что основаниями для возникновения данных прав и обязанностей, помимо заключенного сторонами договора перевозки, являются нормы действующего гражданского и воздушного законодательства. Автором указывается, что данные права и обязанности имеют во многом корреспондирующий характер, так как определенным правам пассажира противостоят соответствующие обязанности воздушного перевозчика.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается понятие социального проектирования, его основные этапы: целевая группа проекта, социальная значимость, цель проекта, ожидаемые количественные и качественные результаты, задачи и мероприятия проекта. Каждый этап рассматривается на примере, реализованного в городе Свирске, социального проекта «Фестиваль позитивного творчества «Голос моей души». Дана общая характеристика вышеупомянутого проекта, подробно описаны социальная проблема и обоснование актуальности проекта. Главным образом, статья разработана на основе методических рекомендаций Фонда президентских грантов – крупнейшей некоммерческой организации, предоставляющей гранты на развитие гражданского общества. Информация, представленная в статье, будет полезна руководителям НКО и всем тем, кто интересуется вопросами социального проектирования.

    Abstract:
    A passenger has a special relationship with an air carrier when they hand over their baggage for transportation. Shipping Luggage is usually accompanied by passenger shipping, which is closely connected to her, but at the same time is regulated in a special way. This article analyzes the current legal norms governing the delivery of baggage in the implementation of passenger air transportation. The author justifies the position that the obligation to transport the baggage handed over by the passenger cannot be qualified as an independent contract for the carriage of baggage, as some authors suggest. According to the author, this obligation should be recognized as an additional optional obligation of the carrier under the contract of air carriage of the passenger.

    Abstract:
    On the basis of field researches, forwarding data of middle XX century made and collected by V.N. Belitser, stored in the archive of Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology Russian Academy of Science, as well as the analysis of published information made by culture researchers, the rites of the Mordvins associated with funerals and existed in the middle of the XIX – beginning of XXI century are examined. It is revealed that the funeral and memorial rites of the ethnic group are a synthesis of pre-Christian beliefs of the Mordvins with Christian ones. The changes that occurred in the funeral ceremonies of the Mordvins after adoption of Christianity, during the years of Soviet regime and over the past decades are described. As a result of the study, it was found that the funeral rites on the 40th day of the Mordvins, the Mokshas and the Erzi were largely identical; the differences were more regional than ethnic.

  • The Application of Pilates Exercises for Optimization of Functional State of Students’ Bodies

    The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.

    The legal status of the consignee under the air carriage agreement is one of the controversial issues of the domestic civil law. At various times, in the legal literature expressed the opposite points of view on this issue. In this article, the author examines various models of the contract of carriage of goods as a contract in favor of a third person and a three-party contract. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the above models of the contract are analyzed. Certain proposals are made by the author improve the existing civil and air legislation.
