    Abstract:
    The right to qualified legal assistance is one of the key elements of the legal system of the modern state, ensuring the realization and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms. In the context of dynamically changing legislation, the complexity of legal relations and the growth of social expectations of the population, the relevance of this study is of particular importance. This section discusses the content of the right to qualified/free legal assistance. The article also examines the specifics of its implementation in the system of other constitutional rights and freedoms. The problems of the functioning of the system are identified and ways of legislative improvement are proposed.

    В статье рассматривается сущность общих положений оказания бесплатной юридической помощи юридическими клиниками в целом, а также конкретно взятой юридической клиникой на примере Кубанского государственного аграрного университета. Авторами рассматриваются основополагающие направления дальнейшего развития института оказания бесплатной юридической помощи юридическими клиниками: во-первых, развитие правовой базы ее деятельности, во-вторых, укрепление прочности материальной базы юридической клиники, в-третьих, организационно-правовое закрепление ее статуса. Статья раскрывает значимость деятельности юридической клиники как для населения Российской Федерации, так и для студентов – будущих квалифицированных специалистов в сфере юриспруденции.

    Abstract:
    This article considers the issue of supplementing Article 20 of Federal Law No. 324-FZ of November 21, 2011 "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation" with a clause regulating the provision of free legal aid to employers entering into labor relations with persons under the age of 18. The analysis of the current Russian legislation in the field of labor is carried out on the basis of consideration of the legal provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation of 30.12.2001 N 197-FZ, the specifics of labor relations between the employer and minors in the Russian state. Based on this, the influence of the multiplicity of benefits for this category of employees is emphasized, as well as their connection with the appearance of more responsibilities for employers, on reducing the desire of employers to enter into labor relations with minors, and the reasons for the need for these innovations are identified.
