    В статье анализируется нормативно-правовая база финансирования СИЗО, выявлены проблемы нормативно-правового регулирования деятельности СИЗО. Описаны основные механизмы финансового оздоровления системы СИЗО через нормативно-правовое совершенствование. Показано, что нерешение имеющихся проблем приводит к неэффективному использованию ресурсов и нарушению прав подозреваемых и обвиняемых, а отсутствие четких механизмов привлечения частных инвестиций является препятствием для модернизации инфраструктуры и перепрофилирования СИЗО.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются предпосылки и механизмы, обусловливающие частое возникновение инсайтов и творческих решений в ходе коуч-сессий. На основе личного опыта (коуч PCC, ментор, супервизор для коучей по стандартам ICF, тьютор и куратор), а также анализа коуч-сессий уровня MCC возникла основная гипотеза о существовании специфических «нейролингвистических конструкций» (НЛК). Предполагается, что данные конструкции, проявляемые коучем в виде определённых речевых паттернов (соответствующих маркерам компетенций ICF), могут запускать у клиента процесс увеличения уровня различных нейромедиаторов и гормонов, способствующих появлению инсайтов. Статья содержит описание гипотез, методологии исследования, а также возможные направления практического применения полученных результатов в обучении и других видах коммуникации.

    Статья посвящена теме феномена сопротивления в коучинге с акцентом на психодинамическое понимание этого процесса. Авторы рассматривают сопротивление не как препятствие, а как важный маркер зоны трансформации, возникающий на пересечении индивидуальных психологических механизмов, организационного давления и коучингового взаимодействия. Особое внимание уделяется бессознательным защитным стратегиям, описанным в работах З. Фрейда, А. Фрейд, Г. Вейланта и Ф. Бромберга. В статье выделяются основные формы сопротивления – пассивное, активное и утвердительное – и проводится их сопоставление с психодинамическими защитами. Подчёркивается, что в корпоративной среде сопротивление может быть как индивидуальным, так и системным, а у руководителей – принимать завуалированные формы. Работа с сопротивлением требует от коуча зрелости, эмпатии и способности распознавать скрытые процессы клиента и системы. Статья предлагает интегрированный подход, где сопротивление рассматривается как ресурс для глубинной трансформации и личностного роста, а не как помеха коучинговому процессу.

Особое внимание уделяется деструктивным паттернам поведения, возникающим в условиях стресса, и их роли в формировании неосознаваемых сценариев командного взаимодействия. Предлагается многоуровневая рамка поведенческого анализа, включающая индивидуальный, поведенческий и системный уровни. Статья ориентирована на специалистов в области организационного консультирования, поведенческой диагностики и работы с управленческими рисками.

    Abstract:
    The study was carried out at the expense of the 2024 state assignment №073-03-2024-051/8 dated 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to carry out research work on the topic «Designing an integrative model of personalized trajectories and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of the adviser to the Director for education and interaction with children's public associations in mentoring conditions». The materials present an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented research on the problem field, which actualizes, within the framework of the modern socio-cultural situation, the design and implementation of personalized professional development trajectories for the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations as a mentor. The authors consider the process of designing a personalized professional development trajectory for the Director of education, including a number of stages and mechanisms of his activity, identify the range of role positions of the adviser, the conditions for implementing personalized professional development trajectories for the Director of education, the mechanisms for designing and implementing a personalized professional development trajectory, and provide technological maps reflecting the sequence of self-movement of a specialist in professional development. Based on the research analysis, the authors determined the essence of the educational practice of the adviser to the Director of education, outlined its characteristics, proposed a classification of educational practices, and provided examples of educational practices implemented in the Russian Federation.

В теоретическом исследовании выявлены причины возникновения внутренних конфликтов и особенности старшего школьного возраста. В эмпирическом исследовании установлено что старшеклассники испытывают внутренние конфликты по направлениям: счастливая семейная жизнь; материальное обеспечение на жизнь; любовь; наличие хороших верных друзей и независимость, свобода в действиях. Целью работы является исследование направленности внутриличностных конфликтов у старшеклассников и их способности к преодолению внутренних конфликтов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    The chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the issue of social aspects and mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities are considered as an integral system, the functioning of which is possible with a comprehensive solution of all tasks and the interaction of all participants in the support process. The mechanisms for the support of individuals with disabilities are determined by certain stages (pre-professional stage, training stage, employment stage). The purpose and content of each stage are differentiated taking into account the social aspect of professionalization and are selected given the characteristics of the nosology group of an individual with disabilities.
