- The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

- The research is based on the methodology of assessing the potential of the tourist complex of the region. The application of the methodology made it possible to conduct a qualitative expert assessment of the reproduction of the tourist resources of the region on the example of the Ivanovo region, a single destination. SWOT analysis was chosen as the main method, which made it possible to conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of the industry and its external environment. The assessment of the potential of the tourist complex is aimed at identifying the most promising tourist destinations in the region and the formation of information resources in tourism.

- A rapid development of modern society and the change in power balance on the world stage (arena), the continuous increase of professional tasks complexity, place special demands on the management of military educational institutions. Planning is an important element of the military educational activity management system. The authors substantiated the need to develop software tools that provide information support to complex (integrated) approach to planning and organization of high institutions’ educational activity within the unified information and educational environment. The main problems that arise when using the information and educational environment of a military university, taking into account its specifics are identified. The authors present a structural model of electronic information and educational environment that allows to increase the coordination of the activities of the military universities leaders and teaching staff in the organization and management of educational activities.
