    Abstract:
    The article examines the psychophysiological mechanisms of developing speed endurance in academic rowers of the 2nd sports rank at a distance of 1000 meters on a Concept2 ergometer. The results of a 6-week pedagogical experiment with the participation of 30 athletes are presented. The effectiveness of integrating ideomotor training (IMT) and stress resistance methods into the traditional training process is substantiated. A training plan (4 workouts per week) aimed at optimizing motor programs and overcoming "central fatigue" has been developed and tested. It is proven that targeted psychological training contributes to a more effective realization of speed potential under conditions of severe lactate stress.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются психофизиологические основы эффективности коучинга как метода фасилитации изменений. Анализируются нейроанатомические, вегетативные и эндокринные механизмы: роль префронтальной коры и амигдалы, нейропластичность, вариабельность сердечного ритма, динамика кортизола и окситоцина. Особое внимание уделяется специфике применения коучинга у IT‑специалистов, для которых характерны высокие когнитивные нагрузки, многозадачность, риск профессионального выгорания, а также необходимость постоянного владения английским языком для работы с технической документацией и международной коммуникации.

    Abstract:
    The advantages of using DER, such as the activation of perception, the increase of motivation and the individualization of learning, are considered. At the same time, the potential risks associated with the dependence on external stimuli, the deterioration of concentration and the negative impact on the physical health of children are outlined. A list of key recommendations for the effective implementation of DER in the educational process is given, aimed at maintaining a balance between traditional teaching methods and modern digital tools.

    This article examines stress as a universal mechanism of adaptation, its biological, psychological, and social determinants, and its short-term and long-term health consequences. Particular attention is paid to Selye's concept of the stress response, cognitive and behavioral models, and modern integrative approaches. The practical significance of this research lies in the development of strategies for increasing the body's resilience to stress.

Данная статья посвящена роли нейронауки в психологии, в частности, почему важна нейробиология и как связаны между собой разум и тело.
