    В статье рассмотрены основные этапы развития и формирования Афинского права, которое прошло несколько этапов своего развития от закона Драконта и закона Салона до судебного делопроизводства Гелиэйя; его основные черты, которые повлияли на правовую систему современного времени. Раскрыт институт судопроизводства – Гелиэйя, который считался одним из судебных органов для привлечения народа города – государства Афин. Это свидетельствует о волеизъявлении народа, за которым был голос либо оправдать, либо наказать. Афинская система управления считалась демократической, где имело место быть доступность законов для всех категорий населения, кроме рабов. Но это не умоляет значимости Афинского права как законного и защищающего интересы граждан.

    High educational level is, to some extent, a guarantee of qualitative performance of one’s professional capacity. Professionalism of medical care workers drastically defines the quality of medical service. One of the factors of successful educational process is the level of student’s motivation which is connected to their future career orientation. The following work offers the results of the research conducted among 1–4-year students – bachelors of nursing (overall 200 people were examined which makes up to 92.5% of all students). Research base: Faculty of Higher Nursing Education, Pavlov St. Petersburg State Medical University. The program included questioning and testing of the students. The motivational test by F. Herzberg was used, and the test by E. Shein “Anchors of a career” (adapted by V.A. Chiker and V.E. Vinogradova). The general and differentiated by courses preferred motivational attitudes of students and their career orientations, as well as correlations between them, were determined. It was found that, in general, the leading motives are: financial motivation; responsibility; interest in the content of the work, although the ratio varies depending on the year of the students. There are practically no reliable significant correlations between motives. The main career orientations are stability and service. The severity of different orientations and the correlations between them differ among students of different year. The correlations between motives and orientations are rather weak.

    The chapter is devoted to the study of the role of educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems in the development of «soft skills», according to students, doctors and teachers of a medical university. The topic is very relevant in view of the fact that in recent years there has been an active development of educational ecosystems. And, despite the fact that approaches to the educational process and many requirements for specialists change from time to time, the concept of «flexible skills» remains very relevant, including for educators and medicine, and even more so for doctors involved in the training of young professionals. The objects of the study were 150 people, men and women, divided into 3 groups of 50 subjects, depending on belonging to a particular community. Group 1 included 50 medical students enrolled in the 4th year of the medical faculty of VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The second group included 50 practicing physicians of the VRCH №1 of various specialties (both surgical and therapeutic). Group 3 included employees of various departments from among the teaching staff of the VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The basis of the study was an anonymous questionnaire developed by the authors, which includes both some personal questions – age and work experience, and specifically aimed at determining the level of awareness of the respondents about educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems, about the level of knowledge about «soft skills», with ranking from more significant to less significant for their practical activities, as well as including issues of satisfaction with the current education system and opportunities for improved mastery of «soft skills» through educational ecosystems. The data obtained can significantly help in understanding the importance of modern educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems for better and faster mastering of soft skills.

На примере двух региональных отделов ИППО отмечаются особенности укрепления духовных и социокультурных связей провинции Российской империй и Святой Земли (Палестины) на рубеже XIX–XX вв. Отмечается специфика и размах деятельности Донского отдела ИППО, популярность Палестинских чтений в широких слоях общества и их массовость.     В статье описан способ приготовления пектинсодержащего национального творожного продукта Сузбе на основе его традиционного вида с добавлением свекольного пектина, полученного из жома сахарной свеклы, который является дешевым и экономически выгодным сырьем природного пектина. Установлено, что обогащение традиционного Сузбе свекольным пектином способствует повышению содержания белков, углеводов, витаминов группы В и витамина С, усилению пробиотических свойств пектинсодержащего молочнокислого продукта по сравнению с традиционным видом Сузбе, что позволяет рекомендовать его как лечебно-профилактический функциональный продукт для населения, проживающего в экологически неблагоприятных регионах.

    The purpose of the article is to consider the leading approaches to the problem of substantiating the means of professional and personal growth of a teacher in the domestic psychological and pedagogical science of the first quarter of the twentieth century on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis. The material for the study was the scientific and pedagogical works of psychologists and teachers of the named period, their ideas about the teacher's place in society, the need to assist the teacher in his professional development and self-improvement. Among other things, the works of the prominent Russian scientist M.F. Belyaev are analyzed. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the studied historical period is characterized by a special, socially conditioned and in-demand professional community, a research search aimed at the scientific substantiation of key aspects of teacher work, professional self-determination of the teacher and his professional and personal growth, as well as the identification of the main tools that ensure the productivity of this process. The ways of understanding the role of pedagogical expertise as a significant means of teacher self-improvement in the ideological legacy of psychologist and teacher M.F. Belyaev, who laid the methodological foundations of the examination of the teacher's work as a means of his professional and personal growth and justified the need for its humanitarian orientation, are shown. The significance of the ideas expressed by the scientist for modern education and their role in its further progressive development is determined.
