    Abstract:
    The 21st century can be characterized as a time of progressive development in science and technology. This process has affected all spheres of activity: innovative models of various technologies are increasingly appearing on the market, in medicine – prosthetics and artificial organs, in transportation – electric cars and driverless vehicles, in agriculture – the genetic modification of crops. Scientific and technological progress has not bypassed the spheres of law and economics, synthesizing them to neutralize new risks. In the context of a modern market economy, the need to improve the level of protection for business entities is growing, as the digitalization process accelerates, new large-scale systems, applications, and platforms emerge that carry not only positive aspects but also risks for businesses. These risks are mitigated through the symbiosis of law and economics – through economic and legal analysis.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the impact of military operations on the functioning of the education system during the Great Patriotic War. As a result of the study, the process of adapting the educational system to military realities was analyzed, including the participation of schools and universities in preparing the population for combat operations, as well as the impact of military operations on the development of scientific research.
