    Abstract:
    The importance of the financial results of the activity of the business entity increases in conditions of market relations and economic independence and, as a result, the role of integrated economic analysis increases, which makes it possible to identify reserves for increasing the efficiency of economic activity, to assess its financial results. The study shows the comprehensive analysis methodology and approach to evaluating the financial results of the organization's economic activity. General scientific and unique economic analysis methods of the organization's financial activities were used for the study. The result of the study was scientifically substantiated directions for improving the economic activities of the organization, necessary to increase its financial results.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the problem of preserving water quality of rivers, in the channel and floodplain part of which gold deposits are developed by open-pit mining. As a result of the study we have developed the simplest engineering solutions for the design of environmental hydraulic structures. Designs of these structures were implemented in the project of Korolevskoye alluvial gold deposit in Transbaikalia. The operation of these structures during the washing of gold-bearing sands in the floodplain part of the Amazar River prevented the contamination of its water by industrial wastewater. The use of a water circulation system in the technological process and the filling of settling tanks with filtration and rainwater gave a positive water balance of the deposit. These measures prevented the impact of gold mining on the Mogocha municipal water intake located near the facility. As a result of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands during the development of the deposit, this area may serve as a recreational zone for Mogocha residents. Profitability of production and its economic efficiency are established by economic calculations given in the study.

    Abstract:
    In the modern world, the situation when a sufficiently promising organization suffers from a lack of funds to implement its goals and objectives is quite common, and it is investment that helps such organizations to attract additional funds and improve their position. However, there are a number of problems, one of which is limited resources. Limited resources make organizations struggle to attract these resources and create competition between them. The second problem is the level of risk. There are a huge number of organizations, each of which has an individual structure and different financial position. Thus, the level of risk from investing in a particular organization will also be different. Together, all of the above is a prerequisite for the emergence of the concept of "investment attractiveness".
