- Abstract:
- The article examines the tools of municipal finance management: monitoring and quality assessment. The main elements of the system of monitoring and evaluation of the quality of municipal finance management, as well as the criteria for its functioning and the procedure for conducting are considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the quality of financial management at the municipal level by improving the monitoring procedure and the methodology for calculating indicators for assessing the quality of municipal finance management in order to inform a wide range of stakeholders when making management decisions
