    Abstract:
    Based on subjective statistical data, linear and exponential models of paired regression were considered, an assessment of the obtained models was carried out based on the interpretation of the magnitude of the approximation error, the coefficient of determination and the Fisher criterion, and the possibilities of using the models for practical use were considered.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the role of the level of income of young people, which affects the choice of vacation format and accommodation facilities. The study revealed a number of features in youth recreation: the most popular accommodation options were hotels (33.1%) and hotels (34.3%). At the same time, 21.1% of respondents demonstrated a neutral attitude towards the choice of accommodation. A correlation was found between the absence of a regular income and the choice of hotels: 10.5% of such respondents prefer this type of accommodation. It is assumed that this trend is due to the practice of family vacations in hotels with parents.

    Abstract:
    Economic development inevitably leads to a significant increase in inequality in the distribution of income and national wealth. Worryingly, inequality is growing year after year. Official data on inequality are underestimated, as the share of income hidden from taxation is at least twice as much as that shown in official statistics. The sharp increase in inequality was largely due to the transition to neoliberal policies that encouraged the monopolization of production to the detriment of wage labor positions and, to some extent, the participation of nation States in the global globalization of the economy. High income inequality will slow down any national modernization and generate further stratification of citizens. The proportion of excessive inequality between 10–20 percent of the rich and 80 percent of the poor and poor in the modern world is constantly growing.

    Nowadays Russian economy remains under the negative impact of external shocks, so it is important to study the dynamics of income and living standards of the society and to find out actual problems. The purpose of the study is identifying current trends in changes in income and living standards of the society in Russia. Were studied several indicators characterizing the volume, dynamics and structure of population income by sources, per capita income of the population and its purchasing power, income inequality and the severity of the poverty problem in Russia.     The chapter considers various issues arising in the process of realization of the constitutional right to housing. The basic principles enshrined by the legislator in the housing sphere are given. The main aspects of the mechanism of realization of the constitutional right to housing are highlighted. The list of grounds for the acquisition of rights and the emergence of obligations of the subjects of housing law is enumerated. The status of citizens in need of housing is defined. The ways of apartment building management and their differences are considered. The financial issue regulating various ways of obtaining housing is touched upon.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    The article considers the process of assessing the value of a company using the discounted cash flow model within the framework of the income approach. The author describes the theoretical foundations of the discounted cash flow model and compares the features of different approaches to this method in the modern literature. The author carries out the detailed company valuation using the discounted cash flow model on the example of the company «X5 Group». The author assessed the value of the company «X5 Group» using the discounted cash flow model. The real example of the company valuation shown in the article is useful for the company for making managerial decisions in the future.

    This article analyzes the features of criminal bankruptcy: excessive casuistry of norms in the legislation of a number of countries, an attempt by the legislator to cover the entire range of ways of committing a crime, which indicates an incorrect approach from the point of view of legislative technique; the other extreme is an abstract approach to the construction of a norm that provides a law enforcement officer with a high degree of freedom when deciding on the presence of corpus delicti in the act.
