    Abstract:
    This research article, a collaborative effort, examines the results of a study examining the transition of Russian higher education to the Bologna system, as well as materials from previously published research articles. The article emphasizes that the introduction of a two-tier system of higher education has led to mixed consequences, such as a decline in educational quality, an increased financial burden on students, and an imbalance in the student-faculty radio. Experts are divided between supporters and opponents of this system, expressing different opinions regarding its effectiveness. The article also examines Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna system and the transition to developing a unique educational structure that takes into account the country’s national interests and needs. The article concludes that Russia’s integration into the Bologna system could have negative consequences for Russian education and the economy, as it would lead to standardization of programs, influence the domestic political environment, and increase the “brain drain”. Ultimately, Russia’s decision to withdraw from this system and develop its own structure focused on national interests and economic needs was an important step.

    Abstract:
    В статье обосновывается необходимость и целесообразность индивидуализации образовательных траекторий в условиях исправительных учреждений. Предложена авторская модель сегментации и дифференцированных программ по трем приоритетным осям – возраст, уровень образования и степень криминогенного риска. Подробно описаны практикоориентированные приемы, механизмы интеграции образования с трудоустройством и критерии оценки эффективности, а также даны рекомендации по содержанию программ.

    В статье описана преемственность содержания предметов начальной и основной школы. Авторами представлена методика формирования предметных, метапредметных и личностных результатов. Рассмотрен проблемно-диалогический метод обучения, способствующий активизации познавательной и умственной деятельности обучающихся, а также практико-ориентированные задания по математике с географическим содержанием. В работе приводится план-конспект урока с учетом требований федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и методика бинарной формы урока.

    Abstract:
    This article presents the statistics of the development of Chuvash Republic’s educational system, describes the modern state of general (preschool, school) education. The article also describes current problems of educational system on different levels and lists possible solutions of those problems. Main attention is given to the fact that balanced development of regional systems of education is a key factor of forming unified educational system in Russian Federation. Author gives his own point of view on the creation of conditions for preservation and development of Russian people’s native languages. Special attention was given to the problems of development of system of the continuous education of teachers.
