    Annotation: The article discusses the issue of the implementation of the project “TCP: I-P-4D” at the enterprises of the defense industry, designed for monitoring and managing the management processes of all stages of the full life cycle of products to ensure quality and its competitiveness based on the integrated application of modern information technologies in Management systems of enterprises and organizations of the defense industry on the platform of the domestic secure telecommunication system.
