    Abstract:
    The results of the application of ecosystem connectivity in research on the management of infrastructure projects in the transport sector are presented based on management theories and energy management theories. Given the understanding of the project ecosystem, its tasks are defined within the framework of different approaches to understanding the project life cycle. The purpose of the study is to determine the list of economic subjects of the project (stakeholders) and factors influencing the economic efficiency of infrastructure projects in the transport industry. The results obtained have scientific novelty and can be used to enrich the theory of project management, as well as practical significance for organizations – project developers and other interested parties.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the issues of supply-side economics development based on an ecosystem approach and in the context of sectoral development. The reasons for the initiation of the national supply economy model as the best model of economic development in the new economic reality are revealed. The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined. The conditions of the contour of the new supply-side economy model corresponding to technological and economic transformations in the country are systematized. Attention is focused on the sectoral construct of the supply-side economics model in industry. Proven and proven mechanisms of digital platforms and ecosystems are proposed. The characteristics of the industry platform ecosystem with the selection of digital services corresponding to the tasks of production development as the basis of the supply economy are given.

    Based on the theoretical analysis of bibliographic sources, the main content of the concept of "banking ecosystem" is determined, the main tasks of its creation, distinctive features, functions of the ecosystem of the banking sector are considered, special attention is paid to the algorithm of creation and aspects of state regulation of the digital ecosystem of the bank. Examples of domestic banks developing their own ecosystems are given, and services are offered to enhance the functionality of Sberbank's mobile application. The prospects for the development of banking ecosystems in Russia are formulated.

The author considers the composition of information costs, structures them, and defines the role of humans in the eco-system as a source and user of information. It is shown that the compensation of information costs is carried out in the course of ecosystem processes, the implementation of which requires the redistribution of ecosystem resource flows.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to some aspects of studying the construction of new ecosystems and, in particular, medical ecosystems. This topic is very relevant, in view of the fact that currently all over the world and in the Russian Federation there is a process of transition to a new model of the existence of individual systems and industries, which are beginning to include full-fledged ecosystems. Medicine was no exception. All over the world, including in our country, medical ecosystems are beginning to form, the goal of which should be to improve the quality of medical care provided, as well as improve the quality of medicine in general. The purpose of this scientific work was an attempt to analyze the awareness of medical students and doctors about medical ecosystems, as well as to identify the main problems, including those of an economic nature, that arise during the creation and construction of new medical ecosystems, according to the subjects of the study. The subjects of the study were 200 people: 100 6th year students of the Faculty of Medicine of Voronezh State Medical University. N.N. Burdenko; 100 people became representatives of practical healthcare – doctors of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1. The study was based on a questionnaire developed by the authors, containing several blocks of questions relating to the gender and age of respondents, their awareness of existing ecosystems and medical ecosystems, in particular; about their attitude to the above systems and about the opportunity to become part of such a medical ecosystem. But, directly, the most important part of the presented research was the study of existing problems that arise, according to the respondents, during the formation and formation of various ecosystems, including medical ones. As well as a more detailed study of various economic problems and their ranking. The data obtained allow us to take a fresh look at the problems of building ecosystems, including medical ones, and are also of interest to representatives of many specialties and professions – for economists, for lawyers, for doctors, for higher education teachers involved, for example, in the process training medical students, etc.

    Abstract:
    To build an integral innovation ecosystem that allows organize the building up of innovative potential, effective use and increase the competitiveness of Russia in a dynamically changing market environment it’s necessary to require a systemic transformation of all spheres of human activity. The paper analyzes different variations of conditions that determine the formation of an innovative economy and an increase in the country's rating at the global level. The main factors that have the maximum impact on the innovation activity resulting indicators are investigated. Innovative development forecast models are constructed depending on the changes intensity in factors that are sensitive to variations in global trends. The need for a systemic restructuring of the traditional economic structure is argued. Scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for increasing innovative activity and increasing the digital culture of Russian economic entities taking into account the existing opportunities and potential of world leadership.

    The study substantiates the importance of legal anthropology in preserving the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North. Problems in the legal regulation of preserving the originality of their life activity are considered. The author analyzed the existing regulations, as well as empirical material related to the preservation of the traditional social institutions of these peoples. With the help of synthesis, the emerging problems of the safety of social systems are identified. The historical method made it possible to determine the origins of the surviving customs and traditions of nomadic peoples. The result is the development of recommendations for preserving the identity of the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North of the Russian Federation with the help of law.

    The chapter is devoted to the study of the role of educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems in the development of «soft skills», according to students, doctors and teachers of a medical university. The topic is very relevant in view of the fact that in recent years there has been an active development of educational ecosystems. And, despite the fact that approaches to the educational process and many requirements for specialists change from time to time, the concept of «flexible skills» remains very relevant, including for educators and medicine, and even more so for doctors involved in the training of young professionals. The objects of the study were 150 people, men and women, divided into 3 groups of 50 subjects, depending on belonging to a particular community. Group 1 included 50 medical students enrolled in the 4th year of the medical faculty of VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The second group included 50 practicing physicians of the VRCH №1 of various specialties (both surgical and therapeutic). Group 3 included employees of various departments from among the teaching staff of the VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The basis of the study was an anonymous questionnaire developed by the authors, which includes both some personal questions – age and work experience, and specifically aimed at determining the level of awareness of the respondents about educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems, about the level of knowledge about «soft skills», with ranking from more significant to less significant for their practical activities, as well as including issues of satisfaction with the current education system and opportunities for improved mastery of «soft skills» through educational ecosystems. The data obtained can significantly help in understanding the importance of modern educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems for better and faster mastering of soft skills.

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and determine the main trends in the development of the Russian metallurgy. As a result of the research, the state and prospects of: production and consumption of metallurgical products; sustainable development of metallurgical companies; digitalization in metallurgy are analyzed and determined. It was found that: 1) despite the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, which had both a direct and indirect impact on the work of metallurgical enterprises, the production of metals and metal products in Russia remained at the proper level; 2) objectively, there is a need to use ESG indices to assess the sustainable development of metallurgical companies, in this regard, the directions for improving the reporting of companies on sustainable development are considered 3) a promising direction of digitalization in metallurgy is the formation of ecosystems. The results obtained can be used in the practice of metallurgical enterprises.
