    Abstract:
    This chapter examines trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the current context of digital economic transformation. The relevance of this study stems from the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which encompasses a wide range of industries. The aim of this study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and develop a standard model for the development and transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is comprised of empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making) methods. The paper describes the tools that support the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and provides examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, principles are formulated, development strategies are described, and a standard model for the transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems is proposed.

    The chapter examines the principles of forming a commercial bank's ecosystem as a strategic transition from the role of an isolated financial intermediary to that of an operator providing comprehensive services for various aspects of clients' lives. The core principles include hyper-personalization, open APIs, modular architecture, and a high degree of customer centricity. Based on economic-statistical analysis, a comparative analysis of Russian bank ecosystems (Sber, Yandex, T-Bank), and a client survey, it is established that ecosystem formation is grounded in the principles of a unified digital platform, customer orientation, modularity, and security. The analysis confirms steady growth in the number of clients and revenue, but also reveals risks of monopolization and insufficient regulation. In the future, improvements to the regulatory framework are required, including the introduction of risk-sensitive limits.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the problem of protecting the rights of subjects in the digital ecosystem – an environment organized around a platform, where traditional counterparties are replaced by a multilateral technological construct. It demonstrates the inseparability of socio-economic and legal aspects: information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, network effects, lock-in, and algorithmic mediation devalue instruments designed for bilateral relations. The methodological framework includes systemic and functional approaches, formal-legal and comparative-legal analysis, as well as legal modeling. The result is a four-level protection model (normative, institutional, procedural-jurisdictional, and techno-legal levels), arranged in order of increasing specialization and automation. Barriers hindering the exercise of rights are identified – information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, opacity of algorithms, cross-border nature of conflicts, and user lock-in to the platform. Guidelines for improvement are outlined: priority of prevention and "protection by design," genuine accessibility of procedures, mandatory explainability of algorithms, co-regulation, and harmonization of international standards.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the systemic imbalances of Russia's national innovation system (NIS) in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty. Based on an analysis of time series data for 2000–2024 using cointegration analysis and vector autoregressions, it is established that the NIS operates asymmetrically: there is no statistically significant impact of the created infrastructure on the generation of intellectual property, nor is there feedback – patents do not stimulate the immediate creation of new institutions. The only sustainable driver of inventive activity is high-level human capital – researchers with advanced degrees. Expanding staff numbers is the main trigger for the bureaucratic growth in the number of legal entities in the R&D sector. The scientific novelty lies in the econometric substantiation of the concept of “institutional lag,” demonstrating the absence of cointegration between scientific outputs and infrastructure; quantitatively differentiating the determinant factors of the two NIS circuits (elite quality vs. physical labor volume); and showing the ineffectiveness of relative budget indicators for forecasting micro-shocks in the innovation process. The conclusion is drawn that a paradigm shift in governance is necessary: a transition from directive construction of research institutes to targeted support for degree-holding research teams and the creation of flexible legal mechanisms.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    Abstract:
    This study provides a conceptual and methodological justification for the formation of a sustainable development ecosystem for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the context of national economic transformation, the need to strengthen technological sovereignty, and ensure food security. It demonstrates the exhaustion of the traditional extensive AIC model, focused on raw material exports and fragmented subsidies. The authors have developed an institutional and production matrix linking the social (reproduction of human capital), economic (reduced transaction costs, sharing models, monetization of environmental externalities), and regulatory (land use regime) blocks. A transition from linear value chains to networked platform interactions is substantiated. A set of tools for increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry is proposed, including green bonds, tokenization of bio-assets, and the circulation of carbon units in the climate market.

    Abstract:
    This article analyses the transformation of the educational environment under the influence of digitalisation of economic and social processes. It substantiates that the digital ecosystem acts not merely as a technological add-on, but as a system-forming resource for the formation and development of an educational community. The structural elements of the new educational ecosystem, its advantages and challenges are examined. Special attention is paid to the synthesis of technological equipment and the creative potential of participants in the educational process as a necessary condition for training personnel for the digital economy. The authors conclude that the effective functioning of a digital ecosystem is possible only with coordinated changes in teacher training approaches, assessment practices and educational policy.

    The true wasp species occurring in the territories of the Tashkent Oasis were identified as a result of studies conducted during 2024–2025. During the study, the occurrence of Antepipona barrei, Antepipona specifica, Eumenes mediterraneus, Euodynerus strigatus, Odynerus melanocephalus, Polistes dominula, Polistes wattii, and Vespa orientalis was recorded in this area. In addition, Polistes dominula, Polistes wattii, and Vespa orientalis were identified as widely distributed species in the Tashkent Oasis.

    The article discusses banking and non-banking services provided within the framework of the ecosystem of VTB Bank (PJSC), as well as analyzes the tariff packages of settlement and cash services. It is noted that the ecosystem approach helps to reduce starting barriers, optimize operating costs, automate non-core tasks and reduce commercial risks for small businesses. It is concluded that the ecosystem of VTB Bank (PJSC) has a positive impact on the formation and development of small businesses.

    Abstract:
    The article examines leader creativity as a key competence that determines the innovativeness and resilience of an organization in conditions of digital transformation. Based on a meta-analytic review of 266 studies, it is shown that authentic, empowering, and entrepreneurial leadership styles demonstrate the strongest associations with team creative performance. The "leader's triangle" model (strategy — creativity — AI) is presented, describing the new role of the leader as the architect of a human-machine creative ecosystem. The connection between leader creativity and the author's fractal model of leadership potential is demonstrated, and the role of the author's art-coaching method as an instrument for developing creative competence is substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The article examines key trends in the digital economy and their impact on the emergence of new business models in an Arctic, resource-extracting region—the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO). Based on an analysis of the region’s strategic documents and materials from the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), the paper summarizes the characteristics of digital infrastructure, the degree of engagement of residents and organizations in the use of digital services, and the managerial priorities of digital transformation. It is shown that the high penetration of broadband access and the internet creates prerequisites for market platformization, the development of “data as an asset,” remote services, and service-based models in the oil and gas sector, logistics, and the public services sector. A typology of promising business models for YANAO is proposed, and recommendations are formulated to mitigate risks when scaling digital solutions.

The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    Fundamental analysis, traditionally used to evaluate individual companies, needs to be rethought in the context of modern complex business ecosystems. The authors explore the transformation of fundamental analysis methods necessary for an adequate assessment of companies whose value and viability are closely linked to their position in the ecosystem, analyze the limitations of traditional approaches and propose an expanded methodology that takes into account network effects, interdependencies between ecosystem participants, as well as the impact of external factors such as regulation and technological change. The chapter aims to identify key indicators that are characteristic of the ecosystem approach and should be included in the traditional fundamental analysis. The aim of the work is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of such an integrated approach to improve the accuracy and validity of assessing the value of companies in the context of ecosystem development. As a result, a new business valuation framework is proposed that provides a more complete and accurate view of the value of companies in today's ecosystem-based economy.

The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined.     The chapter is devoted to some aspects of studying the construction of new ecosystems and, in particular, medical ecosystems. This topic is very relevant, in view of the fact that currently all over the world and in the Russian Federation there is a process of transition to a new model of the existence of individual systems and industries, which are beginning to include full-fledged ecosystems. Medicine was no exception. All over the world, including in our country, medical ecosystems are beginning to form, the goal of which should be to improve the quality of medical care provided, as well as improve the quality of medicine in general. The purpose of this scientific work was an attempt to analyze the awareness of medical students and doctors about medical ecosystems, as well as to identify the main problems, including those of an economic nature, that arise during the creation and construction of new medical ecosystems, according to the subjects of the study. The subjects of the study were 200 people: 100 6th year students of the Faculty of Medicine of Voronezh State Medical University. N.N. Burdenko; 100 people became representatives of practical healthcare – doctors of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1. The study was based on a questionnaire developed by the authors, containing several blocks of questions relating to the gender and age of respondents, their awareness of existing ecosystems and medical ecosystems, in particular; about their attitude to the above systems and about the opportunity to become part of such a medical ecosystem. But, directly, the most important part of the presented research was the study of existing problems that arise, according to the respondents, during the formation and formation of various ecosystems, including medical ones. As well as a more detailed study of various economic problems and their ranking. The data obtained allow us to take a fresh look at the problems of building ecosystems, including medical ones, and are also of interest to representatives of many specialties and professions – for economists, for lawyers, for doctors, for higher education teachers involved, for example, in the process training medical students, etc.

    To build an integral innovation ecosystem that allows organize the building up of innovative potential, effective use and increase the competitiveness of Russia in a dynamically changing market environment it’s necessary to require a systemic transformation of all spheres of human activity. The paper analyzes different variations of conditions that determine the formation of an innovative economy and an increase in the country's rating at the global level. The main factors that have the maximum impact on the innovation activity resulting indicators are investigated. Innovative development forecast models are constructed depending on the changes intensity in factors that are sensitive to variations in global trends. The need for a systemic restructuring of the traditional economic structure is argued. Scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for increasing innovative activity and increasing the digital culture of Russian economic entities taking into account the existing opportunities and potential of world leadership.

    Abstract:
    The study substantiates the importance of legal anthropology in preserving the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North. Problems in the legal regulation of preserving the originality of their life activity are considered. The author analyzed the existing regulations, as well as empirical material related to the preservation of the traditional social institutions of these peoples. With the help of synthesis, the emerging problems of the safety of social systems are identified. The historical method made it possible to determine the origins of the surviving customs and traditions of nomadic peoples. The result is the development of recommendations for preserving the identity of the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North of the Russian Federation with the help of law.

    The chapter considers the main approaches to consumer loyalty in the realities of modern marketing. taking into account innovative methods and tools. Today, the mechanisms of loyalty formation are becoming more complex and motivation factors are shifting from economic to communication. An innovative approach is considered in detail, when the ecosystem is considered as a unique format for the complex solution of most tasks related to the formation of loyalty. The experience of the leading Russian ecosystems of Yandex and Sberbank in the formation of loyalty is analyzed, recommendations for the introduction of ecosystem models in client-oriented companies are formulated.
