    Abstract:
    Производственный процесс формализован как ориентированный гетерогенный граф. Архитектура Graph Attention Network (GAT) предсказывает вероятность каскадных отказов. На датасете UCI AI4I 2020 показано преимущество подхода: F1 = 0,891, упреждение 2,4 производственного цикла, снижение ложных срабатываний на 16,3%.

    Abstract:
    Концепция цифровых двойников (Digital Twins) трансформирует не только промышленность, но и инженерное образование. В статье рассматривается методика использования графовых нейронных сетей и архитектур цифровых двойников для обучения студентов анализу структурных зависимостей в сложных технических системах. Показано, что работа с предиктивными моделями каскадных отказов формирует системное мышление и навыки топологической оценки рисков.
