    В статье анализируется один из ключевых организационных принципов деятельности высшего исполнительного органа государственной власти Российской Федерации, а именно – коллегиальность Правительства. Методологическую базу исследования составляют общенаучные и специальные методы познания, позволяющие всесторонне рассмотреть конституционное закрепление принципа, а также его соотношение с принципом единоначалия. Особое внимание уделяется механизмам реализации коллегиальности на заседаниях Правительства, деятельности Президиума и роли Председателя Правительства в коллегиальном процессе.
