  • Principles of formation of the ecosystem of a commercial bank

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the principles of forming a commercial bank's ecosystem as a strategic transition from the role of an isolated financial intermediary to that of an operator providing comprehensive services for various aspects of clients' lives. The core principles include hyper-personalization, open APIs, modular architecture, and a high degree of customer centricity. Based on economic-statistical analysis, a comparative analysis of Russian bank ecosystems (Sber, Yandex, T-Bank), and a client survey, it is established that ecosystem formation is grounded in the principles of a unified digital platform, customer orientation, modularity, and security. The analysis confirms steady growth in the number of clients and revenue, but also reveals risks of monopolization and insufficient regulation. In the future, improvements to the regulatory framework are required, including the introduction of risk-sensitive limits.

    Abstract:
    Вопрос финансовой грамотности является актуальной проблемой современного российского пространства. Наибольшее внимание привлекает состояние финансовой грамотности молодежи, поскольку именно уровень развития молодежи составляет потенциал развития любого общества. В статье представлены результаты исследования, а также методический материал, который может выступить инструментом изучения финансовой грамотности молодежи. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод о недостаточном уровне развития финансовой грамотности молодежи, которое выражается не только в общей низкой осведомленности респондентов, но и в отсутствии инвесторской ориентации молодых людей.
