    Abstract:
    The article substantiates the relevance of developing and implementing digital technologies to improve the competitiveness of the transport and logistics industry. The most significant geopolitical problems that have led to changes in Russia's logistics activity are described. The parameters influencing the optimal choice of a logistics channel on the example of the North-South transport corridor are established.
