    A model of a statistical process control (SPC) system has been developed for the production of wood-polymer composite (WPC). The main goal is to improve the stability of technological processes and reduce the amount of defective products. The economic effect lies in reducing the costs associated with defective items. The developed model is tailored to the specifics of WPC production and can be applied at other enterprises.

    Abstract:
    This chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the modern laws and regulations governing defectological education in the Russian Federation. The study examines the key legislative acts, federal state educational standards, and legal mechanisms that ensure the rights and social guarantees of students with disabilities. The monograph explores the organization and implementation of educational activities, the creation of special conditions for the education of students with disabilities, and the provision of psychological and pedagogical support. The work also presents examples of the practical implementation of defectological education, including the experience of inclusive education in schools, the activities of special (correctional) educational organizations, and additional education for children with disabilities. The findings of the study contribute to a deeper understanding of the regulatory framework for defectological education and its application in the Russian educational system.

    Abstract:
    The correct selection of elements in the legal composition is the most important part of the problem of choosing the most optimal option for regulating public relations. One of the negative aspects of the implementation of legal regulations is often defective legal facts or compositions that prevent the further implementation of the legal relationship or entail other negative consequences in the legal system. This article examines the significance of defective facts in the mechanism of legal regulation, determines their negative role in destabilizing the operation of legal norms, in failures of the law enforcement process, in violation of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in public relations. The author explores the causes of defective legal facts, analyzes ways to overcome regulatory defectiveness.

    The article is devoted to the relevant problem of integration of children with disabilities in society and the problem of interaction of the teacher-defectologist with the child's parents in the process of correctional and developmental work. The authors consider the functions of the defectologist and the features of pedagogical activity, emphasize the need to implement equal rights of children and the need to create special learning conditions for students with special educational needs. The article reveals the need for social and educational integration of children with disabilities.
