- Under the conditions of transformation processes taking place in the economy of the Russian Federation there was the birth and development of new and previously unnoticeable types of activities and corresponding branches of purposeful knowledge. With the development of market economy to the number of such steadily growing types of activities include valuation activities, which has particular importance in measures of management efficiency of those or other property objects. The system of normative-legal regulation of valuation activities is the basis that creates the conditions for determining the objective value of the objects of assessment, as well as determine the rights, duties and operating conditions of the subjects of assessment activities.
