    The relevance of the topic is related to the fact that the amount of information accumulated by mankind in various fields of science is growing at a tremendous rate every year. There is a need to reduce the time for processing information content in the activities of organizations and companies when working with their development projects. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the use of information technology in project management and develop a set of measures to improve activities in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of new information technologies on project management in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. During the work on the material, systematic, complex, situational, process approaches, as well as elements of multifactorial analysis were applied.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a comprehensive examination of the current state of generative AI music and the associated challenges that accompany its development. Through a detailed analysis of recent advancements, this paper also proposes potential strategies for achieving high-quality development in this emerging field. The examination focuses on three key areas: technical advancements, creative applications, and ethical considerations [13]. Nowadays, when technology is moving forward, it is obvious that they will penetrate into music. Currently, melodies written with the help of artificial intelligence are becoming more and more popular, and therefore the relevance of studying this problem is increasing, since it is not always clear whether the use of AI in the creation of musical works has a positive effect from the point of view of ethics. The purpose of this study is to characterize and determine the place of artificial intelligence in art, and especially in musical art. According to the results of the research in this article, we came to the conclusion that the use of AI in music can make the process of its creation faster and simpler, as well as more customer-oriented, but it is necessary to understand that there are limitations. For example, a machine can take away a person's job, which will lead to unemployment. The article suggests for practical significance the need to reform the existing legislation in the field of AI and establish clear boundaries of its validity.

It tells how the residents of Penza received forced migrants, provided them with housing and jobs. Plants and factories that arrived from the western regions of the country were located in new places and were engaged in the production of products necessary for the Victory.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to study the journalistic materials published in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries related to the coverage of the women's issue in Russia, to identify on their basis approaches to solving the problems of the formation and development of women's education, to trace trends in their public perception, to compare their positions. Materials on the women's issue and women's education as its most important component, published in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries. They belong not only to famous public figures, writers, but also to those for whom journalism has become a new experience. The issues of the formation and development of women's education as one of the most important components of the women's issue were widely covered in the journalistic literature of the period under study. It reflected various positions on this issue that have developed in society. The study of literature allowed us to understand more deeply the essence of the public mood of that time, to feel the emotional intensity, to accept the results closer. The analysis of the source material showed that the ranks of the participants of the women's movement and its supporters became increasingly growing and active. Despite the gradual reduction in the number of opponents, their struggle, taking various forms, has been dealing significant blows for many decades, holding back possible successes. A special place in public life was occupied by liberals, whose activities were mainly verbal statements.

    Economists exercise power over those they serve by virtue of their intellectual monopoly on a subject of vital importance to society. Many economists today also wield considerable institutional power. Economic interventions, as a rule, bring both the expected harm and benefit. Economists work in a world of epistemic insufficiency, which implies the risk of unforeseen harm. Each of these statements does not cause any doubts. The chapter examines the problem of the fact that each proposal individually and, of course, all of them together imply the obligation of the profession to solve professional ethical problems that economic practice entails. The profession of an economist has too much influence today to allow its further resistance to serious interaction with professional ethics.

    In this paper the author has analyzed certain provisions of the main legal acts regulating monetary legal policy and its subjects. The following norms were subjected to legal analysis: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Constitutional Law «On the Government of the Russian Federation», the Federal Law «On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", etc. The legal status of the Bank of Russia as the main subject of Russia's monetary policy was also considered. According to the results of the study, it turned out that the legal regulation of the monetary policy of the Russian Federation contains gaps and collisions that require a thorough revision of legislation in order to eliminate them.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some psychosocial issues of medical care for women with breast cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic. This topic is very relevant due to two main factors: the universal prevalence of cancer (and a constant increase in the incidence), as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the world. At the same time, the purpose of the study was to study the attitude to this problem not only of women – patients, but also of their attending physicians. The objects of the study were 150 people, divided into 3 groups of 50 people each. Group 1 included patients of different ages with the first diagnosis of breast cancer, the diagnosis of which coincided with the beginning of the third wave of new coronavirus infection. The second group included women who were diagnosed with breast cancer even before the start of the pandemic (until 01.01.2020) and who were currently undergoing treatment or were registered for the disease. The third group included doctors of various specialties who treat patients in groups 1 and 2. The research was based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors. The main part of the study was to determine the age composition of women with cancer, which made it possible to draw preliminary conclusions about the incidence of breast cancer among patients of different ages. Then the attitude of women to their disease and to the COVID-19 pandemic during each of its «waves» was studied in detail. An interesting feature of the study was the study of some social aspects of the management of women with cancer, such as: official employment, the ability to «take» sick leave, the presence of a Voronezh or regional registration, etc. The final stage of the study was the identification of the main fears of the objects of study of all three groups. The data obtained in the work are of certain interest for all physicians involved in the treatment of women with cancer.
