    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется методология комплексного перехода от интуитивного патерналистского управления к системному менеджменту в консервативной бизнес-среде. На примере кейса бухгалтерской компании исследуется процесс внедрения коучинговой культуры на трех уровнях: индивидуальном, групповом и организационном. Описаны инструменты преодоления профессиональной деформации экспертов, механизмы проведения стратегических сессий и индивидуального сопровождения сотрудников. Доказано, что интеграция компетенций коучинга в управленческий цикл является ключевым фактором масштабируемости и устойчивости бизнеса в условиях кадрового дефицита.

    Abstract:
    This paper describes the relevance of the problem of insufficient elaboration of psychological, pedagogical and organizational conditions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the development of individual abilities of schoolchildren. The results of the study in primary classes with the verification of the identified conditions are presented and their positive impact on the individual development of students is shown.
