    The results of a survey of students at the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports are discussed using a modified methodology for studying the motivational sphere of students by O.S. Grebenyuk. The authors formulate recommendations for the effective organization of training student-athletes in the field of psychology, taking into account the specifics of their future professional activities.

    Abstract:
    В статье исследуются проблемы детерминированности трудоустройства граждан и личностного их развития. Анализируются изменения рынка труда в связи с санкционным давлением на экономику страны. Охарактеризованы два возможных сценарных прогноза (две траектории) развития рынка труда. Обоснована необходимость государственного регулирования занятости граждан в целях профессионального развития личности.
