    Abstract:
    The issue of the sustainability of Russia's intellectual potential growth determines not only the country's competitiveness on the global stage, but also its ability to ensure social well-being, innovative development, and national security. The paper presents models of human capital growth dynamics, their analysis, and issues of adequacy. It also provides a description of government strategies aimed at enhancing Russia's intellectual potential. The paper analyzes the trends in human capital development in recent years and the changes in these trends depending on the study period. Additionally, a SWOT analysis of Russia's HDI dynamics is presented.

    The article analyzes the main indicators characterizing the Russian labor market in the context of economic sanctions. The features and problems of the labor market development in the Russian Federation are revealed. Measures are proposed to eliminate the considered problems in the context of the crisis state of the national economy. It is concluded that for the effective functioning of the labor market, it is necessary to carry out a set of measures aimed at the innovative development of economic sectors and the implementation of professional training and retraining of personnel, taking into account the growing demands of the market

    Abstract:
    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.

    В статье рассматриваются сущность устойчивого развития предприятия и условия его финансового обеспечения. Обосновано, что устойчивое развитие предприятия достижимо в условиях самофинансирования деятельности, следовательно, ключевым фактором его обеспечения является прибыль. Предложены методические подходы к оценке прибыли в аспекте финансирования, сбалансированности и достижимости темпов устойчивого развития предприятия, как такого типа развития, который основан на устойчивом росте, осуществляется поступательными и сбалансированными темпами, на условиях самофинансирования за счет собственных финансовых ресурсов.
