    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается роль профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки (ППФП) в предупреждении венозных патологий у обучающихся и работников транспортной сферы. Как показывают современные исследования, дозированные аэробные и силовые нагрузки активируют кровообращение и снижают риск хронической венозной недостаточности. Предложены практические рекомендации по включению комплексов оздоровительной гимнастики в учебные планы вузов и производственные графики. Доказано, что системное применение средств физической культуры позволяет компенсировать последствия гиподинамии, повысить работоспособность и сохранить здоровье специалистов в условиях длительных статических нагрузок.

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

  • Knowledge Representation in Multilingual Education Resources

    Abstract:
    Introduction. Ontologies are now recognised as the advanced standard of knowledge representation for e-learning and some industries. In particular, the development of multilingual ontological education resources is characterised as a promising area of research in the context of industry universities’ digital transformation. The article deals with the development of an academic course multilingual ontology in a Controlled Natural Language. Relevance. Although there are many ontology editors, national developers of education resources should be familiar with formal logic and have a good command of English. Therefore, it is difficult to discuss widespread use of ontology-based education solutions in Russian universities. Materials and Methods. The article offers a version of Controlled Russian Language for academic knowledge representation. A methodology to be used for compiling academic course ontologies is developed. As an example, a piece of ontology for the Introductory Course on Railways is considered. Results and Discussion. To support this way of knowledge representation, a prototype of ontology editor Onto.plus was developed to support the version of Controlled Russian Language. To implement the multilanguage function, equivalent versions for the Controlled Russian Language ontology were developed in English and Chinese. Conclusions. The solutions are a contribution to the implementation of an open project to develop an ontology resource integrating universities and industry.

    Abstract:
    В статье проведен обзор проведенных мероприятий относительно стратегии импортозамещения в газотранспортной отрасли, оценены достигнутые результаты, а также выявлены приоритетные направления деятельности в будущем, касательно данного вопроса. Актуальность работы очевидна, поскольку импортозамещение является гарантом экономической безопасности Российской Федерации. Также стоит учесть, что газовая отрасль является одной из приоритетных в нашей стране за счет значительного привнесения средств в государственный бюджет. При рассмотрении темы были использованы методы анализа и систематизации.
