    Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     The author appeals to the actual topic today, which is restoration of the historic memory and the culture of national dignity in the mass conscience of citizens of Russian Federation as well as the memory on the Historic/ Greater Russia in the scale of the USSR. That means the appeal to the to the problem of education of the truly patriotic consciousness and mentality on the genetics level of pride for our Fatherland and curator’s activities for its prosperity in order to overcome the imprinted antinational mythology in minds of several Russian generations, the social rent men thinking they belong to the consumerist society. Following the qualified analysis of modern geo-political background, condensed around Russian Federation and Historic Russia, the author develops the renewal of contents for the objectives of civil education of children, teenagers and youth, denoting the principles of political education social responsibility of adults about the events drastically changing epochs

    Abstract:
    Addressing the life of the Russian language as the basis of existence of our people, conscious and purposeful study of the Russian language and teaching it as a native, a second native language, also its dissemination in the world is indispensable and paramount condition for the preservation of the Russian civilization. In all recent conceptual documents, legislative acts, federal and regional programs, the issues of promoting the preservation and development of the Russian language and culture are given a central place. The problem of preserving and developing Russian language and culture and ethno-cultural identity, stated in the chapter, is the issue of preserving one's belonging to a system of cultural values, a set of knowledge, social group experience and traditions developed by ancestors over many centuries.

Following the qualified analysis of modern geo-political background, condensed around Russian Federation and Historic Russia, the author uses methodology within the framework of the concept of geopolitical prognosis (factographic, situation analysis, experts’ estimation).
