    Статья посвящена теме исследования актуальных проблем правового регулирования и правоприменительной практики в сфере возмещения и распределения судебных расходов в арбитражном процессе. Автор анализирует критерии разумности судебных расходов, особенности их распределения при процессуальном соучастии, встречных исках, в упрощенном производстве. В работе освещаются дискуссионные аспекты темы, обобщается релевантная судебная практика, приводится сравнительно-правовой анализ зарубежного опыта. Особое внимание уделяется перспективам совершенствования института судебных расходов в целях обеспечения эффективной судебной защиты, доступности правосудия и добросовестного поведения сторон.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена глобальному внедрению программ для ЭВМ, которые в обществе называют «искусственный интеллект» (ИИ). В ходе исследования рассмотрены перспективы и недостатки внедрения таких программ в систему деятельности судов Российской Федерации, в частности, рассматривались перспективы развития аналитико-организационной работы, работы с судебными актами, работы по анализированию и толкованию нормативных актов (норм права), работы судебных экспертов. Для более широкого рассмотрения вопроса была исследована зарубежная практика применения ИИ в различных общественно значимых сферах. В подведение итогов даны предложения по предупреждению негативного влияния внедрения ИИ в судопроизводство.

В работе рассмотрена экономико-математическая модель зависимости ВВП страны от основных фондов и человеческого капитала. Предложен вариант определения количественного значения человеческого капитала на основе данных об образовании, полученном трудоспособным населением страны.

    В статье предпринята попытка весьма краткого и поверхностного изучения уровня номинальной заработной платы рабочих обозначенного передового химического производства дореволюционной России на основании неопубликованных источников. Присутствует краткий экскурс в историю возникновения Березниковского содового завода, который был крупнейшим химическим производством в Пермской губернии. Сообщено о значении соды в индустриальную эпоху и обоснована важность содового производства. Сделан вывод о взаимосвязи между уровнем доходов рабочих весьма внушительного химического производства в указанный период и успешным развитием его производственной сферы.

    В статье предпринята попытка самого общего и поверхностного изучения уровня оплаты труда низшего, среднего и старшего управленческого персонала Березниковского содового завода российско-бельгийского акционерного общества «Любимов, Сольвэ и Ко» в 1900 г. на основании неопубликованных источников. Осуществлён краткий обзор развития содового производства в России до 1883 г. и продемонстрированы место и роль Березниковского содового завода в обеспечении отечественной промышленности продукцией данного предприятия. Сделан закономерный вывод об объективной взаимосвязи между успешным развитием производства и уровнем оплаты труда управленческого персонала.

    В статье предпринята попытка самого общего и весьма поверхностного изучения условий труда рабочих в 1914 г. на одном из наиболее вредных и опасных для здоровья хромпиковом производстве, возникшем и развивавшемся на «ушковских» заводах в Елабужском уезде Вятской губернии с середины XIX столетия. Кратко обозначены объёмы производства данного химического продукта и отмечено его вредное влияние на здоровье человека. Перечислены требования действовавшего законодательства, предъявлявшиеся к санитарно-гигиеническим условиям труда на хромпиковых производствах, и сделаны выводы.

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

  • Formation of digital competencies among graduates of legal specialties

    Abstract:
    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

    The article deals with the peculiarities of puns and word play and difficulties of their translation in "Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll. The authors analyze and compare the ways and means of interpreting puns in three different translations into Russian performed by V.V. Nabokov, A.A. Tscherbakov and N.M. Demurova and in the German one by Lieselotte Remané in order to determine the optimum alternatives of translation from the original.

    The chapter examines the issues of supply-side economics development based on an ecosystem approach and in the context of sectoral development. The reasons for the initiation of the national supply economy model as the best model of economic development in the new economic reality are revealed. The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined. The conditions of the contour of the new supply-side economy model corresponding to technological and economic transformations in the country are systematized. Attention is focused on the sectoral construct of the supply-side economics model in industry. Proven and proven mechanisms of digital platforms and ecosystems are proposed. The characteristics of the industry platform ecosystem with the selection of digital services corresponding to the tasks of production development as the basis of the supply economy are given.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed. The conditions for the further development of the designer in the professional field on the basis of fundamental knowledge are formulated.

    Косметологические услуги пользуются большим спросом в Российской Федерации, что подтверждает рост открытия новых косметических организаций. Данная сфера развивается с каждым годом, создавая все больше новых процедур. В законодательстве РФ присутствуют моменты, не регламентирующие предоставление косметических услуг. В последние годы увеличивается количество пострадавших от некачественного подбора и оказания процедур. Регулирование сферы косметологии помогает предотвращать возможные негативные последствия от проведения несоответствующих стандартам процедур или использования некачественных продуктов. В данной статье рассматриваются основные проблемы правового регулирования в сфере оказания косметических услуг, которые не позволяют обезопасить население. Представляется анализ изучения слабых сторон правового регулирования, их возможные последствия для пациента.
