    Abstract:
    This article examines the relationship between students' mental activity and physical activity. The immediate purpose of my research is to study the impact of systematic training on the state of intellectual abilities of students, as well as to study the possibility of a positive effect caused by physical exertion on memory and the human nervous system. Why systematic sports activities are necessary, and how they affect the mental activity of students is the subject of the study of the work.
